Enrollment

Enrollment for the 2023-2024 school year is now open to the public.  We have 15 spots for our 4 year old class, and 15 spots for our 3 year old class. Waiting lists will be started for any class that exceeds the maximum enrollment.  Dont wait too long to enroll, the classes will fill up quickly.

Enrollment Dates & Requirements

Open to Returning Families: January 1-31, 2023

Open to Public: February 1, 2023

  • To enroll in the 4s class, and/or the Enrichment program the child must be 4 years old by September 1st, 2023. We will offer a waiver, which will need to be approved by the teacher, if the child turns 4 by October 1st, 2023. Not all waivers will be approved.
  • To enroll in the 3s class, the child must be 3 years old by September 1st, 2023. Sorry there are no exceptions.
  • In the Parent-Tot’s program, we will have 2 different age groups available: 18-27 months and 28-36 months. To enroll, the child must be the correct age at the beginning any given session whose times are below. Returning tot students will be given priority in enrollment.
    • Fall 2023 – Oct 4-Dec 13 (10 weeks with a break for Thanksgiving).
    • Winter 2023/24 – Jan 10-Mar 20 (10 weeks with 1 week off for spring break).
    • Spring 2024 – March 27-May 8 (7 weeks)

Enrollment Process

  1. Complete Online Application. Submit a non-refundable application fee of $100.00. This can be paid online after your application is completed.
  2. Once your application has been processed, you will receive an email with next steps. A birth certificate for your child is required to complete the registration process. Once your child is enrolled in a class you will be expected to complete all Registration requirements. More information can be found on our family portal once your child is enrolled in a CHUP class.
  3. Read the CHUP Constitution which details the way in which the Preschool is organized and operated.
  4. Attend Orientation Tea at the end of August. First and last month’s tuition is due at this time.
