Welcome Back to School Part 2: Welcome to CHUP, from Mrs. Gueli

This is the second installment in our Welcome Back to School Series.  Stay tuned for more!

Mrs. Lois Gueli is our fantastic four-year-olds teacher.  She brings a sense of fun to the classroom that make discovery and learning both contagious and inevitable.  Parents and students are bound to feel comfortable and safe in her experienced hands.

Read her welcome-to-school letter and, I promise, you’ll see what I mean . . .

I want to take this opportunity to tell you that I am delighted to be your child’s teacher and I look forward to sharing in his/her learning experience this year.  This is my twenty-fifth year at CHUP and I love it!  There are so many fun things to learn and do in preschool and I’m looking forward to getting started.

Be assured that I will do my best to make this school year an enjoyable time for your child.  The skills that we practice daily in preschool are the building blocks for your child’s future success in school.  I will guide and encourage your child, celebrating each step of the way as he/she develops a love for learning.  I will care for each child’s individual needs and show them that preschool is a safe and fun place to learn and explore.

As your child’s teacher, I value your involvement.  If you have any questions or concerns please feel free to call or e-mail me.  We will work together to make this preschool year a positive learning experience for your child.  I look forward to getting to know you and working with you and your child this year.

See you soon!

Lois Gueli
