Welcome Back to School Part 1: Welcome to CHUP, from Mrs. Hadley

This is the first installment in our Welcome Back to School Series.  Stay tuned for more!

Mrs. Margaret Hadley is our wonderful teacher for the three-year-olds.  Her warmth and natural ability to communicate care make her ideal to lead children into their preschool years and foster confidence in parents during the transition, as well.

Read her welcome-to-school letter and, I promise, you’ll see what I mean . . .

Dear CHUP Families,

I want to welcome you to CHUP Preschool!  I am looking forward to being your child’s teacher.  I am so excited to be starting my ninth year teaching. This year will be filled with amazing learning opportunities.  The “CHUP” philosophy is based on learning through play and experience.  Our preschool provides a safe environment where your child can develop a strong self-esteem, as well as increase their social, emotional, and physical skills. We focus on fostering creativity, self expression, and learning how to follow a routine. Children will also be given the opportunity to explore and discover learning through music and literature.

This maybe your child’s first classroom experience and I want to make your child’s year a smooth transition.  It is my goal to make your child feel happy about coming to school and to enjoy learning. One of the best things about CHUP Preschool is the parental involvement in the classroom.

I am looking forward to meeting and getting know each family.

Please feel free to contact me regarding any questions or concerns.
Margaret Hadley
